My work lives at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and communication, shaped by years across IT, international development, government, and community leadership. I care about helping people think more clearly about the work in front of them so their decisions are grounded, intentional, and able to hold complexity. Over time, I have learned how to help leaders move beneath the noise, articulate what they mean, and build strategies that can carry real weight. Through Fathom.It Consulting Inc., I walk with leaders who want to think deeply, communicate with purpose, and create work that lasts.
